Wheel of Sheffield

Surprisingly, Sheffield is installed with 'Wheel of Sheffield'. What event is coming? Event for end of summer? I don't know.

To make day more fantastic and enjoyable, we actually brought snack food while watched the scenic view of 'Wheel of Sheffield'. It would be so good if I enjoyed with my girlfriend not a boy friend. lol.^^
